Because SBMC Hub is built upon a restored community database, we securely retain data originally provided by you during your original registration.

3. Legacy Accounts & Mandatory Password Reset
To ensure the highest level of security for returning members, all historical passwords have been completely removed from the database during migration.

Lost Email Access

Account Deletion

Historical Posts
Your public forum posts are generally associated with your chosen pseudonymous forum username rather than your real-world identity.
If you request deletion of your account, historical posts may be anonymised rather than deleted entirely in order to preserve the context and continuity of community discussions.
Where appropriate, posts may be labelled as “Guest” or “Former Member”.
Posts containing personally identifiable information will be considered separately when processing a deletion request.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information held by SBMC Hub against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
Historical passwords were removed during the migration, and members reclaiming their accounts are required to establish a new password through the secure password-reset process.
